Return & Refund Policy

At Aurela, we take pride in the quality of our educational toys and puzzles. If you or your little one are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the toy or puzzle must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all pieces, manuals, and tags intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, items bought on final clearance sale, and products that have been used or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. Initiate: Email our support team at adityaenterprises2292@gmail.com with your order number, a brief reason for the return, and photos of the product if it arrived damaged or defective.

  2. Approval: We will review your request within 48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  3. Shipping: Depending on your location, we will either arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the item to our warehouse in Kolkata.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or missing pieces. If you need to exchange a defective item for the exact same product, please contact us at adityaenterprises2292@gmail.com.
